1. Are you the owner of the domain or in written representation of the legitimate Owner? 2. Does the domain have a co.ao or it.ao extension? 3. Particularly if you are requesting recovery of a high-profile brand, we may request proof of brand ownership by adequate means.

4. Submit Attestation Letter for Resellers or Registrars - Step 1: If you are a Reseller or Registrar, draft a letter of attestation on your company letterhead. The letter should:
- Be signed and stamped by the CEO or equivalent authority in your company.
- Confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you pledge to submit accurate details regarding the legitimate ownership of all AO assets moving forward.

- Step 3: Note that these EPP keys are for exclusive use on the ExpanTLD.com website and cannot be used with other registrars.
6. Handling Non-Eligible Domains - Step 1: If you do not receive an EPP key for a requested domain, it may be due to the domain being non-eligible, such as 2-letter domains or reserved domains. If we have additional questions on specific submissions, these may take longer to evaluate and our team will be in contact with you.
- Step 2: If you wish to pursue the recovery of a non-eligible domain, ExpanTLD.com will collaborate with ccTLD's legal representatives to attempt to clear your request.
